Here's how the tour goes.
- Before you come
Pick a time
A weekday between 9am and 2pm, a weekday evening at 6:00 or 6:30pm, or a Saturday at 10 or 11am, by appointment only.
- About 8 minutes
Walk the path
Past the lockers and down the hall, with the big dog room on your left and the small dog room on your right. See the walls, the setup and the day in motion. We stay out of the rooms so the pups stay calm.
- About 5 minutes
Meet the team
Ask anything. Our counselors love talking about what they do, and about your pup. Every counselor is Pet CPR certified and trained in Dawgs Academy.

Can I bring my pup to the tour?
Come solo this time. We want to give you our full attention, and you get to see the place without juggling a leash. Your pup's big intro is their assessment, when we can properly see how they do with the group.
When can I come?
Weekdays from 9am to 2pm, the calm stretch between drop-off and pickup. Working during the day? Pick a weekday evening at 6:00 or 6:30pm, or a Saturday at 10 or 11am, by appointment only. None of those work? Tap "Suggest a time" and we'll email you.
What should I bring?
Just you and your questions. No paperwork for the tour. We'll take care of all that when you're ready.
What vaccines does my pup need?
Rabies, DHLPP and Bordetella, all current. Upload the records online or bring them to your tour.
Is there an assessment first?
Yes, always, and it's free. Every new pup has a free assessment before their first day. It's a 2-hour visit where we get to know them and see how they settle in with the group. Rooms are split by size. Once it's done, you can book their first day.
Can we start with a half day?
Absolutely. Lots of pet parents do. It's an easy way to see how your pup does before a full day.
What if my pup doesn't do well?
It happens, and it's okay. Some pups need more time to settle in, and some aren't a fit for group play. We'll be honest with you and figure out the best path together.
Do you offer boarding?
Not yet. Daycare only for now.
