How do I add grooming to a visit?
Just let us know at drop-off or request it through the app ahead of time. Grooming happens during your dog's regular daycare stay, no extra trip needed.
Does the 10-day pack expire?
Yes, your pack is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Use all 11 full days anytime within that window.
Is there a free assessment before my dog's first day?
Yes! Every new dog gets a free temperament evaluation on their first visit so we can find the right room and playgroup for them.
What vaccinations are required?
Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. All must be current. You can upload records through our portal or the vaccination upload form on the site.
Can I switch between half day and full day?
Absolutely. You can choose half or full day on any single visit. The 10-day pack applies to full days only.
Do you offer boarding or overnight stays?
Not yet, but it's coming. We're planning a unique overnight experience: cage-free, with a counselor staying with the dogs through the night. For now, we're daytime-only. Our hours are Mon-Fri 7am-7pm and Sat 9am-5pm.
