“Most daycares send you a photo and a thumbs up. We built something different.”

Every dog at Dawgs House gets a Pawfile. It's a living profile that tracks who your dog is, how their days go, what keeps them safe, and what our counselors notice over time. It starts on day one and gets a little smarter with every visit.

What’s in a Pawfile

Four things, all in one place.

Who they are. Personality, play style, energy level, favorite friends, the spots they like to settle. We don't guess at any of it. We learn it, and it builds over time.

How their day actually went. Every observation is timestamped as it happens. Play, rest, potty, water, social moments. The report card you get at pickup is built from real entries, not a template.

What keeps them safe. Vaccination records with reminders before they lapse. Treat restrictions. Allergies. Health notes. Senior care details. It's all there so every counselor knows what your dog needs without you re-explaining it every morning.

What we notice. Dogs don't tell you when something's off. Patterns do. A new reluctance to join a group. A bit less energy than usual. Our counselors write it down, and because every note lives in one place, small observations add up to something a single day couldn't show.

It grows with every visit

On day one, a Pawfile has the basics: vaccinations, restrictions, what you tell us. After a few visits, personality emerges. Preferences show up. Friendships start forming. A few weeks in, their patterns are clear and every session is tailored to them.

“The longer your dog comes, the better we know them. That's not a tagline. It's how the system actually works.”

300+ moments a day

Across all the pups in our care, our counselors notice and log over 300 moments every day. Play activities, rest periods, social interactions, health observations. 10+ photos every visit, often dozens. Every entry timestamped.

That's the volume behind the system. But the point isn't volume. The point is that when you pick up your dog, you get a real story about their day. And when they come back tomorrow, their counselor already knows what to expect.
