Knowing them is the whole approach.
Every pup gets their own plan, built from every visit before. Gentle hands do the rest.
Daisy Mae
Stevie
Known by name. And by nap spot.
It takes heart. And a system. We built both.
Wanting to know your pup is where it starts. Remembering all of it, every visit, is the hard part.
The heart
Counselors who get down on the floor and get to know your pup. Not just watch the room.
- They learn the quirks, the friends, the favorite spot.
- They notice when today is a little different.
The system
The Pawfile. Built by us, from scratch, to remember what one person can't.
- 30+ data points every visit, adding up over time.
- Every counselor, every shift, sees the whole story.
We take a lot of notes. So every counselor knows your pup like their own.
The Pawfile turns what we learn into a plan for your pup, and every counselor reads it.

No yelling. No force. Just patience that knows the pup.
We follow LIMA: least intrusive, minimally aversive. Knowing each pup is what makes it work.
Reward the good stuff
Treats, praise, and play for the moments we want more of.
Read the room
Every counselor knows dog body language. We step in before things build.
Redirect first
A new game or a quiet break comes before any correction.
What gentle looks like on a busy afternoon.
Too excitedA calm break, not a scolding.
A few quiet minutes, then right back to the fun.
Play gets roughWe split it up, gently.
A new toy, a new friend, a new game. Everyone keeps playing.
Nervous first daySpace and time to settle.
They explore at their own pace. We note what helps, for next time.
The system does the busywork. The team does the care.
We streamlined everything behind the scenes, so eyes and hands stay on the pups.
Quick to log
Notes take seconds, not clipboards.
Always up to date
Every shift starts with the full Pawfile.
One set of notes
The same notes power your updates and report card.
The Dawgs House crew
The people behind the patience.
Every counselor goes through Dawgs Academy, our own program, with 30+ hours alongside a lead. They're trained in LIMA, dog body language and the Pawfile. Everyone on the team is Pet CPR certified before day one, and the whole team trains together every month. They know your pup by name.
This isn't just daycare. This is daycare, reimagined.
