Never more than 12
12 pups per counselor at most. We usually staff extra counselors, so it's often closer to 7 or 8. Past 12 pups, another counselor always joins.

Every new counselor goes through Dawgs Academy, with 30+ hours alongside a lead before running a room on their own.
